Lana Miari
Managing Partner, Chief Executive Officer
Lana is a co-founding Managing Partner of MM Strategy Group with 17+ years of experience driving workforce transformation, organizational impact, and change management for state and local government agencies as well as private sector clients across industries.
A CPA-licensed professional, Lana is known for combining financial acumen with advisory expertise to deliver measurable results and for “people-centered” solutions that enhance performance, enable transformation, and support long-term success.
Lana is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago and currently resides in Chicago, IL.
Anthony Massa
Managing Partner, Chief Strategy Officer
Anthony is a co-founding Managing Partner of MM Strategy Group with 5+ years of experience leading workforce transformation initiatives across federal, state, and local government agencies, as well as private sector organizations.
A SHRM-Senior Certified Professional, Anthony has a proven track record in the areas of organizational design, talent management, and change management with expertise spanning multiple public and private sector domains.
Originally from outside of Cleveland, Ohio; Anthony is a graduate of the Farmer School of Business at Miami University, where he studied Human Capital Management and Public Administration. He splits his time between Chicago and Washington, D.C.
